Pricing Validity: Estimates are typically valid for 30 days. Due to fluctuating material costs
(lumber, composite decking), we reserve the right to adjust pricing before a contract is signed.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline any project if it does not fit our schedule, scope, ability, or service area.
